DULLES:

International: Please meet driver outside customs.
Delta, American, SW, NW and Virgin America: Please meet driver at baggage claim # 13, 14.
“All others: Please meet the driver at the "INFORMATION DESK", next to United Airlines baggage claim # 6."

BWI:

NATIONAL AIRPORT:

Please meet the driver on the lower level at the 2nd curb lane with a name sign on his vehicle’s windshield or passenger side window. Please call us at 202-558-7766 before coming out of terminal. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight.

UNION STATION:

Please meet the driver at the middle curbside lane. (Please call us at 202-558-7766 when coming out of station).

Luggage Policy:

Client agrees that the passenger + luggage capacity of the vehicle provided will not exceed the manufacturer's specifications. If additional luggage space is needed, passenger must notify at the time of reservation.

Change in Travel Plans:

Please call our office if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight so that our operators can modify your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Sedans: Cancellations within 4 hours of scheduled service and/or cancellations without prior notification to DC Limo Link will results in full charge.
Stretch, Vans, 7 passengers SUVS: Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled service and/or cancellations without prior notification to DC Limo Link will results in a minimum charge of 3 hours.
All Buses: Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled service and/or cancellations without prior notification to DC Limo Link will results in a minimum charge of 5 hours.

Waiting Policy: Waiting, parking at important landmarks (e-g Capital Hill or White House) plus at certain locations and times is restricted. Please contact office (or driver directly if his/her cell number is provided) for timely pickup and trouble free ride.

Agreement & Liability:

Client agrees that there will be no smoking in our vehicles. Client assures that no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses. Client agrees that passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.  In case of misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement. A sick policy is also in effect for any one getting sick in our vehicles and will be charged an additional $150.00. DC Limo Link cannot be held responsible for mechanical problems, inclement weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances resulting in the inability to start a job as it was schedule or complete a Job. In the event that the requested vehicle cannot be provided. DC Limo Link may provide a vehicle of equal utility.
